We ensure that we set proper procedures and processes in place so we can make that possible.

A/R Functions:

• Billing / entries on various customer billing sites and follow-up
• Accounts Receivable report maintenance
• Payment application for A/R
• RMA follow-up for credits and short-payments
• Follow-up / Collections on missed or late invoice payments

A/P Functions:

• AP entry for hard-copy invoices received through the mail on both systems
• Check Run file generation from 2 systems and preparation of the file for presentation
• Check Run completion on both systems
• Payment applications for credit card transactions and auto-payments
• Credit Card reconciliations / posting
• Statement reconciliation / follow-up on invoices not in our system

General Accounting Functions:

• Assistance with month-end reconciliations if time allows
• Daily cash emails when Controller is out
• Cash file maintenance when Controller is out
• Cost accounting experience is a plus

Additional front desk duties as required. Opportunity for Hybrid/Remote work.

Education:

• Degree or Accounting certification a plus or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years equivalent experience in job related field
