Tasks

• Manage and process incoming invoices and outgoing payments efficiently.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing inquiries or payment issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
