Job Responsibilities
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist is the point person for internal and external payment related inquires throughout our company.
- Entering daily deposit efficiently
- Credit card processing
- Credit card reconciliation
- ACH reconciliation
- Customer account billing and payment disputes
- Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment
- Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquires
- Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned
- Experience with foreign currencies is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable Role Preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Ability to Multi Task
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Experience working with NetSuite is a plus
- Desire to learn and grow within an organization
