Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Finance team! This person will be responsible for completing the end-to-end accounts receivable process in a timely, efficient, and detailed manner. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing company.
Maintain and organize all customer records

• Process all customer invoices and credit memos


• Collect and process payment from customers and accurately record it into the system


• Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails


• Research, track and resolve any accounts receivable issues


• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential


• Review and enter new customer information


• Assist AR Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required


• Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on A/R experience


• High school diploma, or equivalent


• Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups)


• Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability

• Has the ability to work independently.


• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
