What's important to us:

• At least 3 years of experience in paid traffic management

• Experience in the online gambling industry, fintech or cryptocurrency sector

• Deep understanding of various traffic acquisition channels (PPC, social networks, affiliate programs)

• Experience working with large advertising budgets and proven ability to deliver high ROI

• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)

• Experience with bid management and campaign optimization systems

• Knowledge of A/B testing principles and experience in applying them in acquisition campaigns
