Job Description - ADABAS Natural Programmer / Legacy Systems Project Lead- Hybrid (SC)

REQUIREMENT:
ADABAS Natural Programmer / Legacy Systems Project Lead
Columbia, SC (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. E32

Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment.

Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus).

Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues.

Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff.

Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing.

Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation.

Understanding software version control and development best practices.

Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.

Specific skills:

Natural programming

ADABAS database

NaturalONE/Eclipse IDE

Payroll/Accounting/Financial system knowledge

Production support & debugging

Mentoring junior staff

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities
