Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management.
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records associated with property transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings for clients and agents.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for properties, including flyers and online listings.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone and through email.
  • Maintain the office's database and CRM system by entering and updating client information.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or real estate is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
