Job Description - Administrative Support Specialist

New Image Leasing is a veteran-owned company based in Denver and Kansas City, dedicated to offering high-quality furniture leasing services across Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and neighboring states. We cater primarily to professionals who are relocating for short-term assignments, individuals who have been displaced by disasters, and real estate stagers in need of stylish furnishings to showcase properties. Our commitment to providing impeccable service, alongside our top-tier furniture selection, sets us apart in the furniture and home furnishings manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations within our fast-paced environment, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage and organize customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to client contracts and rental agreements.
  • Coordinate logistics for furniture deliveries and pickups, working closely with our operations team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives by maintaining and updating our online presence and social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the furniture or leasing industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
