We’re seeking a detail-oriented, 'Communication Craftsperson,' technically skilled CTM/CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the admission department.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum 3, prefered 5+ years in a related admissions position in a SUD/MH setting
- Must poses a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and is goal oriented who is driven to surpass expectations
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/BD/marketing responsibilities are indicated
- Have experience completing VOB’s and rendering payments as needed.
- Experience in the field of substance abuse, knowledge of 12 steps or customer service preferred.
Oversee the admissions department
- Make changes to the admissions process to increase efficiency and productivity
- Offer guidance and mentorship to staff to help them better meet admissions metrics
- Create a productive, positive work environment
- This professional will answer the phone, lead, train and develop the company systems for admissions and data collection.
- Providing system administration support, especially related to user permissions and workflows.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Analyz data to provide insights into the operation and success of an admissions department.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a treatment environment driving admissions and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, able to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional skills and practical experience using programs like; Kipu EMR, CRM, CTM, Web Integration, Social Media.
- Will use existing relationships as resources to build and drive admissions and brand awareness.
- Technical skills required to create tracking, lead generating and documenting scalable results driven business matrix, with solutions to meet company needs, client demands.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
Previous experience working and or leading in admissions (highly desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a successful team

- Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with those struggling with addiction, mental health
- Strong leadership and experieince working with staff, physicians, outside agencies, health care providers, and the public.
- A successful CRM Manager understands that every customer is unique and needs to be handled differently.
- You value individual relationships with customers while also understanding the big-picture actions that help build connections with clients and communities.
- A mix of soft skills to relate to customers and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated understanding of addiction and/or psychiatric illness and effective treatment.
- Demonstrated understanding and maintains exceptional boundaries and professionalism.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the full continuum of care, insurance regulations, state regulations, TJC Standards, DHCS licensing requirements and ethical business practices.
