Pay range and compensation package -

• Guaranteed starting base pay of $140,000 + bonus pay

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders
   
• Provide care primarily through virtual visits, with occasional onsite engagement if needed
   
• Participate in regular clinical case reviews and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
   
• Collaborate with Ascend’s behavioral health and primary care teams to coordinate whole-person care
   
• Support innovation in care delivery through participation in program development and feedback
   

What You’ll Need:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Georgia licensure
• Demonstrated experience in both psychiatric settings, ideally within outpatient or community-based models
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration and clinical supervision
• Openness to evolving workflows and responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Passion for relational care and reducing stigma around mental health
