Job Description - Advisor Customer Care Front Office - Finnish / Norwegian (m/f/d)

As Advisor Customer Care Front Office for Finland or Norway, you will contact our Finnish or Norwegian customers and help them with inquiries related to their orders. In this role, you will support establishing our new markets and be at the forefront of driving a premium customer experience. Please submit your application documents in English. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
  • being the prime contact point for our Finnish or Norwegian customers by phone, email, and our business WhatsApp account
  • processing requests about payments, orders, cancellations and returns
  • answering questions about our websites, products and the ordering process
  • handling feedback from our customers, continuously improving our offering and shopping experience
  • relevant experience in the field of customer care 
  • passion for customer satisfaction and drive to provide premium customer experiences
  • excellent social and problem-solving skills 
  • friendly, positive and motivated personality 
  • fluency in Finnish, German, English, and Norwegian is a plus
