We are expanding our services to include AeroSeal and are looking for a motivated and driven individual to lead and grow this new division.

Position Overview: Are you an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a passion for innovation? Do you thrive on the challenge of building something from the ground up? If so, we want you to lead our AeroSeal division at the Elkhorn branch. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a new service offering within our company. As the AeroSeal Division Lead, you will be responsible for developing strategies, implementing processes, and driving the success of this division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Division Development: Lead the creation and expansion of the AeroSeal division from the ground up, including strategy development, process implementation, and team building.
• Entrepreneurial Innovation:  Develop and execute innovative ideas to grow the AeroSeal service line,  identifying new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to educate them on the benefits of AeroSeal, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Technical Mastery: Become an expert in AeroSeal technology, overseeing its application in various projects and ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaboration: Partner with other divisions and team members to integrate AeroSeal services into our broader service offerings, maximizing cross-functional opportunities.
• Performance Management: Set and achieve ambitious goals for the division, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a  strong desire to build and grow a new division from scratch.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and adapt.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Technical Aptitude: A willingness to learn and master AeroSeal technology, with an interest in staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
• Innovative Mindset: Creative thinker with a  track record of developing and implementing new ideas.
