Job Description - Aesthetic Practice Growth & Optimization Manager

Role Overview

At Crisalix, we empower aesthetic clinics to grow through better patient experiences and optimized business strategies. As a Practice Growth & Optimization Manager, your mission is to help our partner clinics not just use Crisalix — but succeed because of it.

You’ll act as a strategic and consultative growth partner, working hands-on with aesthetic clinics to embed Crisalix into their workflow to boost conversions, enhance treatment plans, and improve patient experiences. By identifying key business gaps and aligning Crisalix tools with their specific goals, you’ll help clinics overcome barriers to growth, achieve their financial targets — and ultimately, take ownership of these improvements for long-term, independent success.

This role is 80% business consulting & ensuring implementation, 20% technology training.

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on ownership and results. This is also a launchpad for leadership — you'll help shape Crisalix's clinic growth strategy and will have the opportunity to build and lead a team as we expand this function globally.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Growth & Business Optimization (80%)

  • Conduct deep-dive consultations to understand each clinic’s goals, challenges, and patient flow.

  • Help clinics refine their sales funnel—from lead generation to post-treatment follow-up with Crisalix.

  • Recommend and implement best practices for pricing strategies, consultation flow, treatment presentation, and patient communication with Crisalix.

  • Track clinic KPIs (conversion rates, treatment plan upgrade, average revenue per patient, etc.) and offer actionable insights.

  • Serve as a business coach for the clinic team, helping them develop a more strategic, results-oriented mindset.

  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities by aligning Crisalix’s additional services and features with clinic needs.

  • Act as a long-term strategic advisor to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Technology Enablement & Training (20%)

  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to onboard clinics onto the Crisalix platform.

  • Train doctors and staff to integrate Crisalix tools into consultations and patient communication workflows.

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and alignment with the clinic’s goals and strategy.

What You Bring

  • Experience in aesthetic clinic consulting, practice management & sales strategy, and patient journey optimization

  • Proven ability to grow or manage a business or team, with a clear ambition to build and lead a team in the near future

  • A strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of how aesthetic practices scale revenue and client satisfaction

  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into actions and drive measurable outcomes

  • Tech-savviness and confidence in training and supporting digital tools (no coding needed)

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across all levels — from reception to surgeon

Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
