We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performing affiliate program from the ground up. This is a key growth role focused on driving qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue through strategic partnerships, platform management, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do

Own the End-to-End Affiliate Program
Select and manage affiliate platforms, define commission structures, and lead daily operations across tools, partners, and reporting.

Recruit and Support Affiliate Partners
Identify high-potential affiliates and influencers, manage onboarding, and provide content, tools, and support to help them succeed.

Design and Launch Affiliate Campaigns
Plan promotional pushes, optimize messaging, test incentives, and build campaigns that drive measurable results.

Track and Optimize Performance
Monitor key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, and ROAS. Use insights to improve targeting, creative, and partner mix.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Coordinate with product, growth, and brand marketing teams to align affiliate messaging with product launches and broader campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs
  

• Hands-on experience with affiliate tools/platforms
  

• Strong track record of recruiting and enabling top-performing affiliates
  

• Deep understanding of performance marketing and attribution modeling
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  

• Analytical mindset with proven ability to optimize program ROI

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
