Job Summary

Summary:

Working as a member of the First American technology organization, the AI Solution Architect will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

This role operates at the intersection of innovation and enterprise requirements, architecting production-grade AI solutions that are reliable, well-governed, and compliant with industry standards. The AI Solution Architect will play a critical role in helping the organization build and mature responsible AI practices, spanning traditional machine learning through advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, while defining robust governance frameworks and secure AI pipelines that scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

• Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AI architectures on Azure and AWS.

• Define AI governance frameworks, safety guardrails, and compliance standards.

• Design and implement secure AI pipelines and MLOps workflows.

• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and hybrid search solutions.

• Lead LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and agent-based system design.

• Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and performance frameworks.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.

• Mentor teams and drive AI architectural best practices.

Community & Enablement:

• Build and nurture an internal AI/ML expert community.

• Establish best practices for traditional ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

• Create enablement materials and reference architectures.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Deep expertise in Python and Machine Learning.

• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and Agentic frameworks.

• Advanced prompt and context engineering skills.

• Production-grade MLOps experience.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with vector databases.

• Expertise in RAG pipelines and retrieval strategies.

• Strong experience in AI governance, safety, and evaluation.

• Solid background in data analytics.

Good to Have:

• Title insurance or financial services domain knowledge.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
