AI Automation & Integration Specialist

Hi, I’m Yente, co-founder of Primal Storm.

In nine months, we grew from having no customers and a $1,000 CPA to generating more than $1 million in monthly revenue. Our next goal is to reach $5 million in monthly revenue by December.

We are looking for a full-time AI Automation & Integration Specialist to help us scale our internal systems and workflows.

What you'll actually do:

• Review repetitive tasks across all departments.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for automation.
• Build AI workflows using Python, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Connect key platforms, including ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Workspace.
• Test and improve automations based on team feedback.
• Measure time savings, errors, and business impact.
• Document workflows and train the team to use them.

This role may Not be the right fit If you:

• Cannot build and maintain reliable AI automations.
• Lack practical experience with Python, APIs, and integrations.
• Cannot securely test, document, and hand over workflows.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with AI automation and Python.
• Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Proven ability to build, test, secure, and document reliable automations.
• Measurable results, including launching 2–3 automations and reducing repetitive work by at least 20%.
• Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability and interest in a long-term collaboration.

$2,000–$3,500/month, based on experience and technical expertise. Full-time, long-term opportunity with room to grow as you improve automation across the company.
