USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your experience, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.

As our AI Business Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments.
You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams to eliminate repetitive work and create scalable operational systems.
This role requires equal strengths in technical thinking, business analysis, communication, documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

In addition to your monthly retainer, you'll be eligible for monthly performance incentives of up to USD $500, based on measurable contribution, including:
Compensation reviews are conducted following successful completion of the probationary period and are based on sustained performance, technical leadership, increased responsibility, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
