AI Founding Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Founding Engineer on a full-time basis (40h per week), for a period of at least 12 months, with possibility of extension.

Role Summary:
As the AI Founding Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and refining our AI-driven solutions. In this critical role, you’ll fine-tune large language models (LLMs), benchmark model performance, and advance computer vision capabilities. You will also lead the training of models based on user feedback and corrections. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a strong understanding of webpage DOM structures are highly preferred. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive AI innovation and set the technical direction for the company.

Responsibilities:

• To implement and optimize AI-driven data extraction techniques from documents, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• To lead the fine-tuning of LLMs to optimize performance and align with specific use cases
• Regularly benchmark and assess AI models, applying improvements to ensure high-quality outputs
• To develop and enhance computer vision models to drive extraction, automation, and product innovation
• To design and implement workflows for training models based on user feedback and corrections for continuous improvement
• To utilize RPA knowledge to create AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with workflows, focusing on webpage DOM structure automation.

• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs, training AI models, embedding/RAG systems, and applying machine learning to complex problems
• Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing computer vision models
• Strong RPA background, with an understanding of how AI and RPA can combine for powerful automation
• Keep understanding of webpage DOM structures and experience in automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams through challenging AI projects
• Skilled in designing workflows for AI model training based on user feedback to ensure ongoing improvements.
