AI Video Creator

NeoWork is looking for an innovative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator to join our dynamic content production team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging video content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video creation complemented by a passion for artificial intelligence and automation, enabling the creation of high-impact videos with efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full AI video production process from concept to final delivery
• Interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into compelling video content
• Develop effective prompts for AI video tools to generate high-quality outputs
• Review, refine, and improve generated content to meet brand standards
• Edit and finalize videos for publishing across digital platforms
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
• Continuously test new tools, workflows, and creative approaches
• Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and visual storytelling

• 3+ years of experience in AI video creation, video editing, or digital content production
• Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to generate reliable, high-quality outputs
• Experience in video editing and post-production workflows
• Strong creative judgment and ability to execute from a brief independently
• Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills in an asynchronous remote setup
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated or video content work preferred

• This is a 100% home-based position.
