We're growing fast, and our products are now sold on marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, as well as our web store, and in 500+ brick-and-mortar stores. 

We're a small, talented team expanding globally, and we are seeking a dedicated, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage AIRNEX's affiliate program. You’ll oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle: from recruiting and onboarding partners to driving measurable conversions and revenue growth.

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. We need someone who is results-driven, highly responsive, and strong at building relationships - someone who can take full ownership of our affiliate programme and turn it into a measurable revenue driver. You'll manage the entire affiliate lifecycle across Amazon Creator Connections, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and external affiliate networks. Your responsibilities include:

Manage and expand AIRNEX affiliate programmes on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and affiliate networks

Work on the long-term strategy and KPIs with the Marketing Manager

Launch campaigns, promotions, and incentive programmes to increase affiliate engagement and revenue

Prospect, reach out, and recruit potential affiliates and influencers

Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions

Build strong relationships through consistent communication (all affiliate communications should receive a response within 24 hours)

Provide weekly performance reports, analyse results, and suggest improvements

Flexible working hours with meetings in CEST - work overlaps with USA time zones.

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ Proven experience managing and building e-commerce affiliate programmes

✅ Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue share, and other performance-based models

✅ Strong knowledge of Amazon Affiliate Network (Amazon Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, etc.)

✅ TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Programme familiarity

✅ Familiarity with affiliate networks (eg. Commission Junction, CJ Affiliate, etc)

✅ Analytical skills to filter raw data, spot trends and patterns, and get actionable insights

✅ Available full-time - no concurrent freelance or external jobs

✅ Close to native English verbal and written skills

✅ Impeccable work ethic and professional attitude

⭐ Experience managing TikTok Shop influencers

⭐ Passion for sustainability

The ideal candidate is dedicated and proactive, someone who can independently manage their work, improve SOPs, and lead process improvement. This person takes ownership of results, thrives on solving problems without waiting to be told what to do, and communicates clearly and professionally with partners. Strong relationship-building skills matter here - affiliates and influencers need regular follow-up, support, and feedback to perform well, and you'll be the person they rely on.
