About the Role
We’re hiring for our client, a growing U.S.-based company, seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to engage attorneys and law firms, qualify interest, and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team.
This is a high-impact sales development role focused on:
Starting conversations with legal professionals
Building relationships with decision-makers
Handling objections confidently
Following up consistently over time
Turning outreach into booked meetings

What You’ll Own
Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms
Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations
Ask targeted questions to:
Understand business needs
Qualify interest
Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects
Maintain consistent outreach activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Appointment Setting
Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
Ensure prospects are:
Properly informed
Prepared for meetings
Coordinate calendars and scheduling availability
Maintain clear communication regarding next steps and follow-ups
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Execute structured follow-up sequences
Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Continue outreach until:
A meeting is booked, or
A clear decision is reached
Maintain strong persistence without losing professionalism
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems such as:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Track:
Outreach activity
Lead status
Appointments booked
Follow-up progress
Ensure all communication and activity is fully documented
Maintain clean and organized pipeline data

Consistent flow of qualified booked meetings
Strong follow-up discipline with no missed opportunities
High appointment show-up rates
Organized and reliable CRM records
Positive feedback from the sales team regarding lead quality
