Appointment Setter (Life Insurance Dialer)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls using our CRM dialer system (WAVE) to connect with prospects, follow up with leads, and schedule qualified appointments directly into our calendar. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, coachable, and comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls through the WAVE dialer within our CRM system.


• Use provided scripts to engage with prospects and qualify interest.


• Schedule appointments using our calendar link, ensuring accuracy with time zones and availability.


• Aim to book an average of 10 qualified appointments per day.


• Consistently follow up with warm leads, prior contacts, and those who expressed interest.


• Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and appointment confirmations.


• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call.


• Report daily results, including number of calls made, conversations held, and appointments booked.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.


• Strong communication skills and phone presence.


• Ability to follow a script while adapting naturally to conversations.


• Comfortable using CRM and dialer systems (training will be provided if needed).


• Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.


• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent.

Performance Expectations:

• Book 10+ appointments daily.


• Call all new leads added every other day.


• Consistently re-engage with old/warm leads for follow-up opportunities.


• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
