Area Sales Manager (Capital Equipment)- Nashville

COMPENSATION:

• $70-80K base plus commissions on capital equipment sales


• $5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6 


• Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)


• On Target Earnings:  $230K 


• Top Reps Earning ~400K 


• Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parking 

• Earned a Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales Experience 


• Experience in B2B high volume / daily activity 


• Capital Equipment Sales a plus 


• Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company) 


• Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships. 


• Understand of capital financing helpful 


• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years) 

• "Winner", Highly competitive, "hunter mentality" 


• Growth mindset towards their development 


• Expeirence with "high daily activity" / including cold calling
