As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends to determine the value of properties. Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field

• Must be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing

• 2+ years of experience in the appraisal industry

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with appraisal software and tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to travel to different locations for property inspections

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders

• Analyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values

• Produce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Review and analyze sales data to determine the appropriate value for a property

• Attend and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings

• Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Participate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practices

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality appraisals and client satisfaction
