The Asset Management Staff Professional is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player. They thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Their work will include maintaining accurate asset records, monitoring asset performance, perform gap assessments, and supporting lifecycle planning to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. They are comfortable analyzing data, preparing reports, collaborating across teams, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives. With their efforts, our clients will enhance operational efficiency, optimize asset utilization, and achieve long-term goals while continuing to deliver exceptional value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field 
• 1-3 year of experience in asset management, data analysis, or a related field preferred 
• Previous experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus but not required) 
• Knowledge of capital planning, GIS mapping, hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD/Civil3D (a plus but not required) 
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards is highly desirable 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability 
• Ability to travel up to once a month for site visits, meetings, or project support as needed 
• IAM certification (a plus but not required)
