Associate Attorney

Growing National Law Firm in Cleveland, Ohio has a need for a litigation associate attorney. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. Can be remote/hybrid

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Draft Briefs, Motions, Memorandums; manage discovery; and conduct depositions.
• Strong work ethic and desire for professional development.
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years working in Litigation.
• JD from an accredite law school
