Associates will handle defense work in all phases of federal and state civil rights litigation, including opportunities to gain early hands-on experience working on responsive pleadings, written and oral discovery, motions for summary judgment, trial preparation and trial and/or trial assistance and appeals. Through research-intensive motions practice, associates will gain a comprehensive understanding of the constantly evolving practice of civil rights law.
