Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Defense

Note: This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana, CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.

Note: Remote option is available for candidates with 4+ years of insurance defense or personal injury experience.

Job Description

• Handle personal injury defense litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
• Appear independently for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to meet client and firm goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury defense experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
