This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, plaintiff-side environment and is ready to take ownership of a full litigation docket from filing to resolution.

If you're a confident litigator with solid negotiation skills and an eye for strategy, this position offers both autonomy and support within a firm that's committed to justice, results, and client care.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases with full autonomy

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions tailored to each case

• Conduct and defend depositions, including medical and expert witnesses

• Lead settlement negotiations and prepare for trial when necessary

• Serve as second chair at trial, with opportunities to grow into first-chair roles

• Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the litigation process

• Oversee support staff and collaborate with paralegals to maintain case momentum

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in the California State Bar
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Strong written advocacy and legal analysis skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases at once with excellent outcomes
Confidence to operate independently, but comfortable collaborating with a team
Experience handling pre-trial litigation; trial experience a plus but not required
