What You Will Be Doing:
Assist client leads with administrative components of account (e.g. agenda, notes, clips, project
tracking).
Draft content (e.g. presentations, emails, reports, social content, and/or presentations).
Conduct research and creative input to serve as the basis for strategic ideas.
Assist with business development by conducting research for proposals and contributing to the drafting of proposals.
Manage multiple projects across clients and internal teams
Adhere to company policies, including in office time, time sheets, and weekly reports.
Develop high-quality communication materials (i.e. pitches for reporters, building media lists, drafting press releases and op-eds, agendas for client meetings, meeting note-taking, social media monitoring/clips).
What We Are Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a communications role either in-house, agency, political campaign, government or consultancy environment. Internship experience considered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong interest in the media and corporate, advocacy and political campaigns, experience in press relations, message development and strategic planning.
Creativity, energy, detail-orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Due to the pandemic, we require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the working days in the month.
The salary range for this role is $58,500-60,000.
