Role Description
As an Associate Engineer, you will be developing designs, construction plan packages, supporting calculations, and engineering reports under the supervision and direction of more senior staff for transportation infrastructure projects. This position will be focused on drainage and water resources engineering; however, interested candidates can also expect cross training in roadway and general transportation design.
This position is based primarily in person in our Peachtree Corners, GA office, as working together in the office fosters innovation, supports professional growth, and enables us to deliver better results for our clients. However, flexibility and hybrid work arrangements are available to support individual needs.
Requirements
· Experience in CADD software (Bentley OpenRoads Designer desired; AutoCAD and Civil 3D acceptable)
· Exposure to AASHTO and other regulatory design policies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· 4-year Civil Engineering (or related) degree (required); relevant coursework in hydraulics/hydrology (desired)
· Engineer in Training (EIT) license (desired)
