• Product development from preclinical through commercialization
  
• Regulatory compliance, including product labeling, manufacturing, inspections, recalls, and 483 responses
  
• Advertising and promotional practices under DSHEA, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and FTC Act
  
• Life sciences diligence for acquisitions and IPOs
  
• State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and cannabis licensure
  

Additional experience in litigation-adjacent advisory roles, telemedicine-based drug delivery, or employment at the FDA is a plus. A strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and bar membership are required.
