Role Overview

As an Associate Producer at BeCore, you will support the execution of experiential marketing projects, bridging creative vision with operational excellence. Working closely with Producers, Creative, Strategy, and Client Services teams, you will assist in project planning, coordination, and onsite execution. This role is designed to develop your expertise in production and prepare you for a leadership role in the future.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to internal reviews by identifying production and operational considerations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, timelines, and project documentation under the guidance of a Producer.
  • Support Producers in tracking budgets and timelines for projects.
  • Assist in sourcing vendor estimates and managing smaller budgets with oversight.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget allocations.
  • Assist in managing project tasks and coordinating team efforts.
  • Facilitate vendor communication and oversee vendor-related tasks with guidance from Producers.
  • Create and update production documents to support project planning and execution.
  • Travel onsite as needed to assist with project setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Execute internal production processes such as time tracking, expense reporting, and partner payment processing.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure data is accurately entered into planning tools.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned responsibilities

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Special Events, Event Production, or Experiential Marketing.
  • Familiarity with event production processes, including budgeting and timeline management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools like Notion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demands & Expectations

  • 25% travel expected.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on event schedules.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
