Job Description - Associate - Technology Transactions & Licensing

Tech Transactions & Privacy | Midlevel Associate | Dallas

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a midlevel associate (4–7 years) for its Dallas-based Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. This team sits at the center of the firm’s work in software, AI, fintech, and digital media—and it's growing fast.

The Role

You’ll draft and negotiate complex licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and outsourcing deals. You'll advise on IP in corporate transactions, support launches for emerging tech clients, and handle cutting-edge matters involving AI, blockchain, and fintech. Cross-office collaboration is built in.

What You Bring

4–7 years’ experience at an AmLaw 50 firm
Deep familiarity with enterprise software, cloud services, mobile apps, digital content, or related areas
Strong IP transactional skills; M&A support a plus
Excellent academic credentials
