Automation Lead · Delivery Manager

The Role

Mind Over Machines Automation Lead/Delivery Manager. You will work closely with the client and internal team to identify and implement RPA use cases to improve consistency and recoup capacity. You will develop a working knowledge of the multiple systems used by the client, lead elicitation sessions to understand specific business processes proposed for automation, complete technical and business feasibility analysis of the proposed use cases and develop and deploy automation for those approved. You will also serve as an RPA champion to help overcome hesitancy among the staff to embrace this crucial new technology, actively look for automation opportunities, and accept the solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Business Stakeholders to understand processes, workflows, requirements, and solutions
• Develop/design RPA automations using the UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate RPA Platform
• Work with the client and internal team to identify opportunities for automation
• Provide RPA couching support to citizen developers
• Create Process Design Documentation (PDD) and Solution Design Documentation (SDD) relating to the business processes which will be automated
• Set up, test and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Work with RPA Team leadership to establish and maintain RPA technical infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
• Train and offer ongoing support to the automation end users
• Create user, system, and governance documentation as required
• Conduct user focus groups to ensure user needs are being met, concerns are being addressed, and adoption is progressing
• Assist with demos, training, and rollout communications
• Work with client and internal team to develop an automation roadmap
• Maintain and/or obtain RPA/vendor/industry certifications

What Skills We Need From You 

• At least 2 years of sustained experience in development using UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate platforms for enterprise automations
• Experience using Orchestrator in an on-prem installation, including assets, and queues
• Experience using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Orchestrator Processes, flowchart methods, workflows
• At least two (2) years of sustained experience in programming languages like VB Script, C#, HTML, CSS, Excel Macros, etc.
• At least two (2) years of experience in software development using Database, APIs, and VB/C#.NET
• Exposure with Databases, such as Oracle, SQL and NoSQL
• Exposure with MS Excel Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Be able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams spanning the globe
• Be able to communicate complex ideas in consumable content
• Be able to communicate and collaborate within the client & partner ecosystem as an agent of Mind Over Machines
• Be able to deliver tasks on time, under budget, and within scope

• Previous consulting experience – especially with development/engineering experience – preferred
