Sutherlin Nissan Orlando is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our team. The Business Development Center (BDC) plays an important role in connecting prospective customers with our sales and service departments remotely. If you enjoy communicating with people, are organized, energetic, and motivated by achieving goals, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received by phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Contact prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs and interests.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle consultations, test drives, and service visits.
• Follow up with leads and customers to maintain engagement.
• Provide accurate information about available vehicles, dealership services, and promotions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Meet or exceed appointment, follow-up, and performance goals.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service throughout every interaction.
