About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audio-visual systems, including projectors, screens, and sound systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during installations.
- Wiring Roughs on their own or leading a crew.
• Trimming out systems without Supervision or leading a crew
• Proficient with alarm installation.
• Proficient with networking
• Building racks
• Wiring racks into projects
• Installing Lighting Controls and Shades
- Stay updated on the latest AV technology trends and product offerings.
- Document installation processes and provide client training on equipment usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV installation or related field.
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Relevant certifications in AV technology are a plus.
