Remote AV Support Specialist

The AV Support Specialist is responsible for providing remote technical support for audio-visual and collaboration systems used in virtual meetings, conferences, and digital workspaces. This role ensures reliable operation of conferencing platforms and AV technologies while delivering timely support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support for audio-visual systems, virtual meeting platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)

Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, and connectivity issues in real time

Support virtual meetings, webinars, and remote conferences, including pre-meeting checks and live session assistance

Configure, monitor, and manage AV and unified communications systems remotely
