About the Role

Join a fast-growing digital advertising and technology leader as a B2B Digital Sales Specialist, supporting Dutch-speaking business clients. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and establish strong client relationships within the digital space. This is a results-driven role for those passionate about sales, digital innovation, and measurable impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end outbound B2B sales activities, including cold calling and pitch presentations
• Qualify leads, identify client needs, and build consultative solutions
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and report sales progress in CRM tools
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize performance outcomes

Your Profile

• Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English communication (B2+)
• Solid understanding of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising environments
• Track record of achieving KPIs and closing deals in competitive sales environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 4,242 BGN gross
• Performance Bonus: 2,000 BGN target bonus (quarterly-based)

Please note: The target bonus is paid per quarter, not on a monthly basis.

️ Relocation & Package (for Sofia 10 Days)

• Travel Refund: Up to 490 BGN (reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
  • Requires proof of purchase (invoice + e-ticket)
• Accommodation: 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
  • Booked and paid directly by the TA specialist
• Advance Salary: 1,056 BGN
  • Deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN/month, starting from the first full salary
  • Processed within 5 working days upon submission of active bank details to HR
