BackEnd Engineer

We are looking for a Back-end Engineer who will develop solutions that transform unstructured electronic communication data (from phone calls, chats, emails, etc.) into actionable intelligence for financial institutions.

Let’s get down to business: 

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement feature requests
• Optimize system scalability and resilience
• Work closely with the Product Team and Architects
• Support and maintain the production environments

Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years experience in Java programming experience – MUST!
• Proven expertise with Spring Framework
• Experience with Elasticsearch/MongoDB
• Strong background in Linux OS, Shell scripts and containerized environments (Docker, K8s)
• Experience with cloud providers, cloud native systems and micro-services
• Experience with Kafka, Rabbit MQ – advantage
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
• BSc in relevant field
