A growing and dynamic national litigation firm is seeking an experienced Insurance and Bad Faith Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team in one of its California offices or remotely. With a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality results across jurisdictions, the firm is looking for a talented litigator with a minimum of five years of experience to handle complex insurance and bad faith matters.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of insurance coverage and litigation matters, including breach of contract and bad faith claims. Responsibilities:

• Litigate insurance coverage and bad faith cases in California and other jurisdictions

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation

• Provide insurance coverage analyses and strategic litigation advice to clients

• Work on cases in both state and federal courts

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

• Active California Bar license in good standing

• At least five years of litigation experience, with a minimum of two years in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

• Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution

• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $150,000 $200,000, commensurate with experience
