We’re clinician-led, mission-driven, and tech-supported. You’ll use our purpose-built platform to support families while working in a role that offers real flexibility, full support, and clear impact.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients

• Lead caregiver coaching and support

• Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans

• Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation

• Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team

What we're looking for:

• Active BCBA living in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state

• Strong digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)

• Afternoon/evening availability preferred (4–9pm ET)

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

  • Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
