Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapists who hold a license in one or more of the following state: Kentucky, to join our telehealth team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering virtual therapy and be comfortable using digital tools to connect with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health and addiction needs, including trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in virtual case consultations and team meetings.
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent in Kentucky.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
