What You’ll Do

• Serve & Close • Run 8–10 virtual benefit reviews week, educate families on life, accident, and income‑protection plans, and finalize policies via e‑signature.

• Own the Relationship • Follow up with policyholders, answer benefit questions, and gather 3–5 warm referrals per sale.

• Grow People • Once you’re consistent, coach new reps, run morning huddles, and spearhead mini‑teams across time zones.

• Uphold the Mission • Keep every interaction client‑first, values‑driven, and compliant.

What It Takes

• Zoom‑Ready Communication – clear, energetic, and coachable.

• Grit & Self‑Discipline – you thrive on hitting numbers and chasing the next level.

• Tech‑Savvy – comfortable juggling CRM, power dialer, Slack, and e‑signature tools.

• Licensing – able to obtain (or already hold) a state Life & Health license within 30 days (we sponsor training).

• Leadership Hunger – you see yourself running a team, not just a book of business.

(Management experience is a plus but not required—attitude beats résumé.)
