The Job:

• Analyze and compare employee benefits plans, pricing, and carrier proposals.
• Prepare and manage RFPs for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary coverages.
• Develop client-facing marketing and renewal presentations.
• Partner with consultants, account managers, and sales teams to support client strategies.
• Review carrier quotes and identify opportunities to improve plan competitiveness and value.
• Maintain accurate client and market data within agency management systems.
• Support senior team members with marketing initiatives and renewal projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, underwriting, marketing, or a related analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience working with carrier proposals, renewals, or benefits plan comparisons is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
