Job Description - Benefits Representative

This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate is competitive self-starts that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the organization. The candidate must be confident making warm calls each day, working with people, generating interest, qualifying prospect, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Communicate consistently with hundreds of union members to schedule virtual appointments
Prepare for virtual meetings with clients through Zoom by completing company background research and other pertinent union information
Identify client's needs and provide reports to management
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Compensation:

$4,000 - $6,000 performance based monthly pay
Six figure income opportunity

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Ability to work independently and with a team remotely
