Job Description - Benefits Specialist (Work From Home)


Position Overview

We are currently expanding and seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Client Support Representatives. In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs and guide them through available options in a professional and supportive manner.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and building long-term relationships while working in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information

  • Schedule and host virtual appointments

  • Present benefit options clearly and confidently via video conferencing

  • Assist with applications and required documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and perform quality follow-up

  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses (average first-year earnings around $55,000)
