Job Title: BigLaw Attorney – AI Legal Consultant

About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for attorneys with experience at Vault 100 law firms who have strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Employment Type:: Contract (3–6 Months)

Flexible Schedule:

• 20 hours/week (Part-Time)


• 40 hours/week (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and legal analysis across a broad range of U.S. legal topics.


• Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents.


• Review AI-generated legal content for accuracy, completeness, and quality.


• Provide structured legal feedback to improve AI-generated responses.


• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.


• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law.


• Current or previous experience at one or more Vault 100 (BigLaw) firms.


• Strong legal research and legal drafting experience.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience reviewing complex legal documents.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
