About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Portuguese and English-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth brand experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat in both Polish and English.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing detailed solutions.
• Researching and resolving complex customer inquiries.
• Upholding a high standard of customer service and building rapport with customers.

We offer:

• Salary options: 2800 BGN gross if working from home, 2900 BGN gross if working from office
• Fully paid training to get you up to speed - 2 weeks

You're a great fit if you have: 11 am - 8 pm.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken - B2

• A passion for the sports industry (a plus!)
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Documents Accepted

• Documents accepted: residency card(should be valid for more than a year) EU citizenship or refugee card
• Bulgarian Work permits & blue cards are not accepted

Relocation:

Reimbursement of travel expenses in the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company, in case there is no pre-notice (travel documents need to be presented e-ticket and invoice)
