As our Bilingual Customer Care Specialist, you'll be one of the first people our families connect with when they have questions about enrollment, billing, or our programs. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
This is a fully remote position supporting families across multiple states. Candidates must reside in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
This is a 30-hour per week position.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for families by providing exceptional customer service and helping ensure a smooth experience from registration through ongoing program participation.
